The feel of this work has you memorized perhaps. I painted this in the middle of an exciting time of mixing medium,s experimenting with new textures and found the use of sand in the mix gave an even more intense edge to this painting.
The title comes from a place I know and find fascinating on the waters edge in middle Thailand where I have been mosquito bitten many times. The food market is something I had never witnessed before and I love returning each year if I can to soak up the smells and buzz. (There is a market in there somewhere!)
